You get a full refund within 7 days of hiring. No form, no phone tree, no "let us try to save this." Email us and it's done the same day.
There are no contracts. No minimums. No annual commitment hiding in the fine print. If you decide an AI employee isn't earning their keep, you cancel and you stop being charged from the next cycle onward.
Send an email to hello@staffsie.com from the address you signed up with. Say you want a refund. That's it. The charge is reversed the same working day and the AI employee stops working for you.
Past the 7-day window, we don't refund the month you've already been billed for — but you can still cancel at any time and you won't be billed again. No exit fee, no penalty, no last invoice appearing three months later.
If the AI employee didn't do what we said it would, email us regardless of the date. We'd rather fix it or refund it than argue about a calendar.
Lead packs are delivered instantly and consumed on delivery — they aren't refundable.
