Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial on the whole team of nine AI employees. We ask for a card at signup so the team can go live for you, but you are not charged during the trial. Your first charge lands on day 8. Cancel any time before day 8 and you pay nothing — no receipt, no invoice, nothing to reverse.
If you decide it isn't for you within 7 days of that first charge on day 8, email us and we refund it in full. No form, no phone tree, no "let us try to save this." Email from the address you signed up with, say you want a refund, and it's done the same working day.
There are no contracts and no minimums. Cancel from your dashboard at any point — before day 8 you're never charged, after that you stop being charged from the next cycle. No exit fee, no penalty, no last invoice appearing three months later.
Send an email to hello@staffsie.com from the address you signed up with. Say you want a refund. The charge is reversed the same working day and the AI employees stop working for you.
Past the 7-day window from your first charge, we don't refund the month you've already been billed for — but you can still cancel any time and you won't be billed again.
If the AI employees didn't do what we said they would, email us regardless of the date. We'd rather fix it or refund it than argue about a calendar.
Lead packs are delivered immediately and consumed on delivery — they aren't refundable.
