We collect the information we need to set up and operate the AI employees you hire. Nothing else. We don't sell it, we don't rent it, we don't hand it to third parties who want to advertise to you.
When you hire an AI employee, we ask for the information that employee needs to do the job — your calendar and booking rules for the receptionist, your inbox rules and tone for the inbox manager, your brand voice and past posts for the social media manager, and so on. If a form asks for it, it's because the AI employee can't do the work without it.
That's the list. There is no other list.
As long as you're a customer, plus a short period after you cancel so we can handle billing, refunds, and questions. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it. Some records we have to keep for tax and accounting — those are the only exceptions and they're kept locked away, not used.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the service. If something ever goes wrong, we'll tell you promptly and honestly.
Staffsie is for businesses. It's not for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
If we change what we collect or how we use it in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
