How to work with Riley — your lead gen rep
Riley finds, contacts, and follows up with prospects — you approve what goes out.
What Riley does. Riley builds outbound campaigns: she sources leads, drafts personalized cold emails, LinkedIn notes, or SMS, sends the ones you approve, and runs multi-step follow-ups until someone replies or opts out.
Give her at setup.
- Your offer in one sentence.
- Who your best customers are (industry, role, company size, location).
- Your calendar/booking link so she can book meetings when a reply is warm.
- Your Gmail or Outlook so she sends from your real address.
How you approve her work. Open Riley's workspace. Every message she drafts appears with the lead's name and a short "why this lead" line. Hit Approve to send, edit inline, or skip. Once you trust her tone, you can flip on auto-approve for follow-ups.
