Elena reads contracts and forms, flags risky clauses, and can fill in first drafts for you.

What Elena does. Elena reviews documents you upload, flags risky clauses by category, compares them to your prior versions, and can fill in standard forms using your Company Handbook.

Give her at setup.

  • Fill out your Company Handbook (business name, entity, key details).
  • Upload a couple of prior contracts so she has a baseline.

How you approve her work. Upload a document in Elena's workspace. She returns a plain-English summary and a risk breakdown. Use Fill form on templated documents to get a first draft you can edit.
