What Dana does. Dana runs review request campaigns to your happy customers, drafts a reply to every incoming review (positive or negative), and shows you a reputation dashboard across platforms.

How you approve her work. In Dana's workspace, the dashboard shows your star average and recent trend. Every draft reply has an Approve button. Turn on auto-ask to send review requests automatically after a customer interaction.
